A Little Help from Our Amazing Team

Hi everyone,

Firstly, thank you for everything you do every day, you’re the reason so many families have a great day at Horseshoe Lake.

Soon we’ll be launching The Ripplefolk Trail Video a little magical adventure for younger children and their families.

This isn’t about creating extra work for anyone. The trail is simply another way to make a family visit even more memorable.

If you happen to see younger children exploring with their parents, or families looking around the lake, it would be wonderful if you could simply mention something like:

“Have you met the Ripplefolk yet? They’re little magical characters who live around the lake. You can follow the Ripplefolk Trail to see if you can find them all!”

That’s all there is to it.

There’s no expectation to stop what you’re doing or actively sell the trail. Your main jobs and keeping everyone safe will always come first. But I would be grateful if you could all regularly check all ripple locations and fountain and look after them for the little ones to have some magic, if any are sadly stolen or vandalised please let me know.

The Ripplefolk story is built around kindness, looking after nature, and enjoying the outdoors safely, values that you all demonstrate every single day.
