Launch your own craft
With our Day Launch product you can come and spend the day on our beautiful lake with your own craft!
Whether you have a Paddle Board or a Kayak this is a great option for day launch.
Launch your own equipment at Horseshoe Lake any time between 10am and 5pm!
For extra participants (maximum 3 extra per craft) please add on after selection as an add on at £7 per extra participant
This cost includes a buoyancy aid subject to availability
(daylight hours dependent)
PLEASE NOTE: if you have not pre booked your launch, you will not be allowed access on the lake
Paddleboard Hire
Spend 50 minutes on one of our inflatable Stand-up Paddleboards exploring our stunning lake. Stand up Paddle Boarding is fun, beneficial, and easy to get the hang of (after a few splashes of course).
Please note: capacity of 1 person (unless carrying an under 8)
Sit On Top Kayak Hire
Spend 50 minutes on one of our sturdy sit-on-top Kayaks. Kayaking is an easy and relaxing way to get out on the water to explore the lake without the fear of falling in!

Double Kayak Hire
Spend 50 minutes on one of our sturdy Double Kayaks with a family member or friend! The Double Kayak is a great way to get out on the water with another person and work together to make your way around our lake!
Please note: capacity of 2 people. Your ticket is for the Kayak not the number of people.
Group Hire Ticket
Spend some time with the family for 2 hours on the water!
Our group hire ticket allows up to 5 people to take out 3 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards to pick and mix between the different craft!
Katakanu Hire
Explore the lake in one of our Katakanus
Spend 50 minutes on one of our new Katakanus! This twin hulled canoe is a great way to explore the lake together with family and friends!
The Katakanu has a capacity of up to 6 people. Your booking is for the boat itself not the number of people.
Mega SUP Hire
Explore the lake on one of our Mega SUP's
Spend 50 minutes on one of our Mega SUP'S!
You can fit up to 8 people on one of these Stand Up Paddleboards!
You don't need any previous experience to hire out one of these boards but you do need to be water confident and have paddle strength. Our friendly staff will give you all the knowledge and skills you will need to get out on the water. Once you have the hang of it, we will leave you to explore the designated surrounding area with your friends and family.
