The science behind clear water
The system emits carefully calibrated ultrasonic sound frequencies into the water.
Many blue-green algae species rely on tiny structures called gas vesicles to help them rise towards sunlight for photosynthesis.
The Quattro-DB® Globe™ transducer disrupts these structures, helping to prevent blue-green algae from reaching the light they need to grow.
Without sufficient sunlight, algae lose energy and gradually collapse.
Green and diatomaceous algae can also be affected through targeted disruption of their cellular structures.
