Ladies Paddle Boarding

SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) is a great way to enjoy getting out on the water for fitness and fun. It has great appeal to all ages and anyone can do it, because it is suitable for all fitness levels. SUPing is the best exercise for a complete body workout. SUPing is a low impact exercise that is a combination of balance, strength, and endurance. Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is an excellent all body workout that also
happens to be serene and very simple to progress from absolute beginner to more advanced paddler.

All sessions include full kit hire and instruction.
Wetsuits are included, but depending on weather conditions you may feel more comfortable in leggings or shorts. Shoes are recommended, you can wear wetsuit shoes or trainers (shoes will get wet).

I have been paddleboarding for many years and love being an instructor. It’s such a fantastic sport because you can help everyone progress and improve in each session regardless of their level, experience and fitness. I have a background as a Windsurfing Instructor and surfer. I am really keen to introduce the sport to as many people as possible and demonstrate it’s wide appeal and how easy and enjoyable it can be.
