A new course for this season aimed at those with no open water experience. With a strong focus on the important foundation skills such as breathing for relaxation and performance, open water confidence and navigation. Suitable for nervous swimmers and those just beginning to build their swimming technique and open water skill set.
The course is part theory and part practical and groups are kept small to ensure that everyone takes away some personal feedback.
