Immerse yourself in 3 hours of SUPYoga with Stephanie, great for those SUP first timers and regulars who would like to improve their paddle skills, indulge in their SUPYoga practice and absorb the tranquility and adventure of this beautiful lake. Places are limited to only 8 participants so that you can get more out of the session with added individual attention to your SUP skills. After the sessions you will have more confidence, ease and improved fitness in your SUPYoga practice and enhanced individual freestyle SUP paddle skills.
Wear layered gym wear, bring a spare change of gym wear and a wet suit if you have one. If you would like to rent a wet suit you can. For your first class please arrive at least 15mins before your class time to fill out a PARQ form.
