Yoga classes using a SUP board as your mat, the relaxed peaceful surroundings of the lake are perfect to take yoga practise onto the water.
SUP yoga is suitable for all levels even complete beginners, however, any previous SUP or yoga experience is helpful. It is a challenge and requires focus, the movement of the board helps you to maximise core stability throughout the class and engage muscles that you may neglect during land based practise.
Each session is designed to embrace the challenge of the paddleboard mat and modifications of poses are explained to enable everyone to fully participate and enjoy it.

I have been paddleboarding for many years and love being an instructor. It’s such a fantastic sport because you can help everyone progress and improve in each session regardless of their level, experience and fitness. I have a background as a Windsurfing Instructor and surfer. I am really keen to introduce the sport to as many people as possible and demonstrate it’s wide appeal and how easy and enjoyable it can be.
