All abilities very welcome, come and join in. Full instruction given to all levels. A relaxed session where you choose how hard you work. These group session are for everyone and designed to take you from total beginner to improver level and give you the confidence to engage in Paddleboarding as a sport. There will be instruction on understanding the basics of Paddleboarding and how the weather conditions impact on the sport. Each session will focus on paddling techniques, covering paddling for strength and fitness.
You can take these session at your own pace. If your a total beginner you may want to start off kneeling or sitting on the board and gain confidence before you start standing. If you have done some SUPing before you are welcome to get out on the water at the start of the session and practise and improve your skills.
