SUP Yoga classes at beautiful Horseshoe Lake. SUP Yoga is a calming and unique yoga practice which works your balance and focus on the water. You will have lots of space around you and be surrounded by nature. The boards are inflatable and we anchor up in the peaceful corner of the lake with the best view of the sunset. The class begins with seated breathing exercises and warm up stretches, moving into sun salutations and a series of poses which can be adapted to suit your practice. Ending with a very calming relaxation laying on the board, dangling finger tips & toes in the water as you float on top.
SUP Yoga is suitable for everyone who loves being on the water, you don’t need any paddle boarding or yoga experience. We begin in stable poses and modifications are explained for all levels, you decide how much of a challenge you want. Being out on the water surrounded by nature creates a truly wonderful yoga experience.
